Fletcher is fantastic. I've worked with several other heat pump installers in the past. None of them even came close to the skill, knowledge and expertise that Fletcher possesses. Fletcher was meticulous in all the phases of installation. It was comforting to know that this sophisticated heat pump system was being installed correctly. And it all paid off.
